将图片转换成Base64代码-Duri me
关于什么是Base64，请自行百度。。。我现在来告诉大家它是干什么用的，通常我们要在网页上放一张图片的话，首先将图片上传至某服务器上，然后再将图片地址插入到网页上，整个过程是调用图片，而今天的这个网站，是将图片转换成Base64代码（就是乱七八糟的字符），这样，我们不需将图片上传到哪里，只要直接插入这段代码就可以显示图片了。。。
